I believe that the first step in getting help is asking for help. It is during this process that I have learned that creating a safe and comfortable place for my clients to work towards their goals is my ultimate passion. The therapeutic process should be goal driven and worked on by both people in the room. Through an increased awareness, I will help my clients understand their core beliefs about themselves and the world in which they navigate.
