Once this is established, we will engage in an ongoing conversation that will yield improved insight about who you are in most situations. It is not my goal to fix a person. Rather, to awaken who he/she is so they may access their OWN authentic way of being in the world. With an emphasis on psychodynamics, existential thought and systems theory, my sessions will evoke a wide range of emotions, laughter and clarity. Your needs will always be balanced with our goals.
