Now accepting BCBS! I help clients ages 18+ heal from distressing experiences and through tough life transitions while building self compassion. Many of my clients have faced challenges such as complex trauma, divorce, sexual assault, relationship issues, childhood trauma, moving to new states, and other distressing experiences. My approach is empathetic and person-centered therapy, meeting my clients where they are at on their journey and guiding them to resilience. I am passionate about integrating attachment theory, somatic therapy, EMDR, parts work, inner child work, Polyvagal theory and adaptive coping skills.
