I have experience with adoption/attachment, to sexual trauma, to depression/anxiety, and/or substance abuse. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, knowledgeable about polyamorous relationships, as well as kink and non traditional relationship friendly and informed. I am also certified in Integrative sex and relationship therapy. Clients who are ready to make a change in their lives or their way of thinking will find the most success working with me. Change is scary but if the way you've been isn't serving you then let's create a new picture of it the way you want it to be. Change might be scary but the only thing scarier is staying unhappy.
