As an integrative therapist, I will help you explore healing through words, somatic practices, and creative expression. My approach is trauma-responsive, and rooted in anti-oppressive values and cultural humility. I believe it is essential to be receptive and responsive to everyone's own understanding of their problems, including social, political, and systemic factors, and the implications of these realities on their well-being. Whether through more traditional therapy or art-based methods, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered.
