My approach is rooted in contemporary relational and attachment-based therapy, with a focus on exploring the emotional and cultural layers that shape who we are. My goal is to walk alongside clients with humility and care, helping them rediscover their inner strength, reconnect in their relationships, and create lasting change from a place of authenticity. I support individuals, children, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, connection, and resilience.
