I am currently in the process of completing certification in EMDR. Most of my work uses EDMR and CBT. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). I currently offer individual and family therapy to teens & adults (in person and telehealth).
