I love working with people. I tend to be a really good listener, love to brainstorm, and am somewhat directive. I am very practical and real. I enjoy very much hearing and working to understand situations and patterns in a person's life, where are they repeating themselves, and how many ways are there to break up patterns that are not serving us. I am keen to see habits and places that shut us down, and like to work on and practice how that may shift, with much compassion on how scary that can be. I appreciate the vulnerability it takes to come in and share intimate and hard details about ourselves.
