I will keep this short and simple. I have always been fascinated with how the mind can heal the brain! My focus in the counseling profession has always been with trauma and how to heal oneself through different therapy models. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) , Brain Spotting, Mindfulness Based Emotional Processing, Dialectical behavior and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. My main focus in therapy is "YOU." I will use whatever skills I have and incorporate them into your treatment. I am open minded therapist; therefore nothing you tell me is too big or small!
