About
As a therapist, I offer a warm and nurturing space where healing and self-discovery can unfold at your pace. I use a person-centered approach, grounded in attachment theory, and I believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—to facilitate insight, growth, and meaningful change. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of life experiences. Much of my work has focused on individuals with childhood trauma. I am adoption-competent and bring a deep understanding of the lifelong impact of early attachment disruptions. View 4 Photos I am trained in Brainspotting, a neurobiological tool for processing trauma, and Level 1 and Level 2 in Natural Lifemanship—a relationship-based, trauma-informed model of equine-assisted psychotherapy. With this approach, clients can engage in healing experiences that involve connection with horses, which fosters relational awareness and emotional regulation
