My aim as an EMDR specialist is not only to deliver high-quality trauma therapy, but also to help de-stigmatise trauma-related mental health conditions and widen access to effective, evidence-based treatments. My journey into the mental health field has been shaped by both academic training and hands-on clinical experience, where I have witnessed the profound impact that compassionate, evidence-based counseling can have on people’s lives.
