I believe it is a privilege to be present during the journey clients embark on to access a more authentic self. Therapy can be a space to do just that and everyone is deserving of that space. I believe in meeting you were you are and working collaboratively towards further insight and addressing your goals. The process of therapy can be daunting but with a supportive space, exploration, understanding of individual cultural context, I believe true healing can emerge.
