I have a passion for supporting clients to feel better and reach their goals. I work with clients to understand the states of their own nervous systems and work with skills to find more peace and balance. I believe that a body, spirit, mind approach is the direction of healing and becoming our best. Our bodies hold so much wisdom for healing and wellbeing. Our spirits help us connect with the best parts of ourselves that can help us move from dark places to letting the light in. I work well with people whom life has brought some challenges: it may be from childhood experiences, a traumatic event in adulthood, or an accumulation of stress. The clients that work best with me want to tap into their resilience to be the best version of themselves.
