Hi, I’m Kerry Dunn, an LCPC-C here in Maine. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what comes next. This stage of life can bring intense pressure—school stress, identity questions, changing relationships, family dynamics, social media, or big transitions. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions such as starting high school or college, early adulthood, or finding purpose. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down to make sense of what you’re feeling. My style is down to earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you already have strengths and inner resources, and my role is to help you uncover and trust them. Our work may include mindfulness, EMDR, ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic (body-based) approaches, or creative expression—always tailored to your age.
