My passion is to provide a safe environment for my clients to find true courage and healing through storytelling. Storytelling in the counseling office helps clients engage with difficult questions, heal from the wounds identified in the answers, and formulate a plan to move forward in their journey. My goal is to help others learn to tell their stories wholeheartedly and to come alongside them as they discover where they have come from and courageously forge new paths. At times those paths include exploring how faith impacts our journey. I would be honored to join you where ever you are. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, specializing in counseling individuals who are experiencing life transitions, issues within relationships, and other life stressors. I counsel individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, emotional trauma, broken relationships, and codependency. I am EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy trained.
