I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, and the emotional challenges of living with chronic illness. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, burnout, or self-doubt. I help clients manage excessive worry, stress, emotional dysregulation, executive functioning challenges, and the pressures that often come with balancing health, school, work, and relationships. I have experience supporting clients with medical diagnoses such as cancer, autoimmune conditions, GI disorders, hormonal conditions, etc.
