Hello! Youve just taken the 1st step towards improving your life; looking for help! I know it's not easy to begin therapy. However, everyone needs extra support sometimes, so please don't be ashamed or embarrassed. My treatment style is a laid back, genuine and non-judgmental, solution-focused approach. My sessions are held in a confidential safe office or confidentially online. I also offer a comprehensive outpatient teen treatment program including group and individual therapy, for teen girls. All you need to do is call or email me, so we can develop a plan to make life better for you or your teen. Appts available this week! I offer individual, group and family therapy for adolescents and adults suffering from: Anxiety, depression, self injury, school issues, trauma, abuse, low self esteem, anger management, mood disorders, suicidal thoughts or attempts, panic attacks, OCD, family conflicts, eating disorders, social problems, bullying, gender family nonacceptance issues, etc.
