Your life feels exhausting, and you don’t know how to make a change or how to find relief. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, depressed, or stuck. You want to understand your reactions, strengthen your relationships, and feel more present daily. We so often internalize the message that we have to do it all alone, but that is just not true. We are social beings and were never meant to navigate this chaotic, confusing life alone. Through compassion and reflective listening, I aim to inspire clients to let go of self-doubt and limiting beliefs and reconnect with their most authentic selves. I offer an integrative, holistic approach to therapy that incorporates somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Attachment Theory. I am a warm, humorous person dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore and process life as it unfolds.
