Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes in a person-centered approach to therapy. I see therapy as a process of self-exploration, and my role is to help my clients gain insight into themselves and their ways of being in the world. Using a strength-based approach, clients will feel empowered to make the changes they want to make in their lives. As of June 27, 2023, I am out on maternity leave. I will be returning in November.
