I strive to take an integrative and holistic approach to treat the whole person and ensure that each client’s therapeutic experience is personalized, collaborative, and unique to them. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques including CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, and client-centered therapy.
