I have been in the field for over ten years and have worked with many different populations, such as veterans, first responders, active duty military, victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I have treated mental health disorders, such as different addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, panic disorder, personality disorders, bipolar, and more. I teach my clients coping skills to manage their symptoms, but also dig deeper into the cause of their symptoms and aim at resolving the problem at the root. I believe that most mental health issues are related to our childhood trauma or other distressing events in our lives. View 5 Photos My specialty is trauma work. I work with my clients on identifying their trauma or other distressing events and resolving them via evidenced-based methods such as EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Sand Tray Therapy. I also practice Mindfulness Therapy and teach meditation skills.
