I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing grief and loss, including pet loss, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, obsessive or perfectionistic patterns, compassion fatigue, and relational or family challenges. Many of my clients are high achieving, sensitive, deeply feeling individuals who tend to hold themselves to high standards or who are in helping or caregiving roles. I also support those engaging in existential or spiritual exploration, especially when beliefs, values, or identities are shifting. My approach integrates somatic awareness, relational depth, and gentle structure to bring steadiness and coherence. I honor grief, sensitivity, and identity work as pathways toward clarity, healing, and renewal. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a somatic therapy.
