My clinical style includes meeting you where you are at in your unique life experiences (i.e.; stress, change, depression, etc.) then helping you make sense of your problems in a meaningful way while also learning tangible coping skills and discovering creative solutions. My work is infused with curiosity and I'm dedicated to the process of unfolding our full potential, through the life phases. I cater to what is ready to be consciously explored, healed and transformed. My foundation is in evidenced based practices and other eclectic modalities as appropriate (see below for more details).
