I have had great success working with couples who are struggling with communication, connection and intimacy, and work with couples in a collaborative approach where both individuals feel heard and supported, through pre-marital as well as marriage counseling. I also specialize in working with clients who are struggling with substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I am also passionate about helping individuals manage everyday stressors and major life transitions, through healthy coping skills while encouraging self-growth.
