I specialize working with adults and children (ages 8 to 17) with a focus in the areas of anxiety, anger control, parenting, ADHD, relationships and depression. Everyone has points in their lives where they may question themselves or have to deal with difficult situations they may, or may not, have been expecting. I want to help people find ways to help them realize their potential. I work with clients by exploring and educating them about the strengths they already have and how they can be a force for positive change.
