I am a provider of professional counseling services in Longmont and throughout Colorado, utilizing EMDR therapy and traditional psychotherapy to help with whatever you choose to work on (trauma, PTSD, divorce, relationship issues, substance abuse/dependency, life changes/transitions, depression, anxiety, childhood issues, etc.). I began my clinical work at Austin Recovery, working with individuals facing addiction and the many issues underlying addictive behaviors. With this work, I developed a strong interest in helping individuals deal with past traumatic experiences and negative life events.
