My focus in your treatment is to build a solid relationship with you so that you don't feel like you're chatting with a stranger who isn't paying attention, and bring our attention to what you're paying for... or not if you have great insurance. I am here to help you identify tangible goals, create a plan to make progress towards them, and have you walk away with skills to practice outside of session.
