Most people who find me are ready for something to shift, even if they’re not sure what yet. Maybe it’s the 3am anxiety that won’t let you rest. Maybe you keep repeating the same painful patterns in love, work, or family. Maybe trauma has been around so long it feels woven into who you are. Or maybe you realized somewhere along the way that you stopped recognizing yourself. We begin wherever you are—no pressure to perform, fix everything at once, or explain it all perfectly. There’s no rush and no right way to start. My role is to help you slow down, feel safer in your body, and listen more closely to yourself.
