I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual and couples therapy to older adolescents, adults and seniors assisting in the management of life changes and challenges. For young adults in high school and post high school, managing transitional periods that require making big decisions regarding education, living situations and relationships can feel overwhelming, anxiety producing and isolating. For many adults and seniors, the challenges may focus more on bereavement and loss, health management and unmet expectations regarding new realities.
