My hope for each client I see is that they gain a better understanding of themselves and in turn a better understanding of the world around them. As a therapist, my role is to provide a confidential and safe environment in which you experience empathy, authenticity, and respect. I provide therapy services for teens and adults, meeting with clients in a one-on-one setting. I also provide therapy services for couples who are looking to build on their relational foundation and focus on communication.
