Hello! I am Kevin Shon, owner of Summits Beyond Counseling, PLLC. Are you experiencing mental health challenge in life that is getting in the way? Are you less connected to joy, or a sense of "normal" on a day to day basis? Are you seeking to get unstuck, or work through a significant emotional challenge in life right now? I am known for supporting clients in their exploration of reconnection to themselves. I currently offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions in Montana and West Virginia. My practice is located on the downtown Helena walking mall, next/above to the Parrot Confectionary. I incorporate a client-centered approach where you'll be supported at the helm of your own healing experience. Depending on the nature of your goals, we can use a variety of therapy modalities to create progress. I focus on trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and behavior change to facilitate more fully connecting with yourself and the world around you.
