Broken relationships, painful losses, deep rejection, and unspeakable harm can leave lasting unrest and pain in your life. I believe healing is possible—along with renewed connection, restored hope, and an awakening of the deep longings of your heart, even when your past experiences suggest otherwise. I view counseling as a pathway toward greater wholeness, vulnerability, and the courage to take meaningful risks in pursuit of a fuller life. While I practice within the same professional and ethical framework as other clinicians, my work is shaped by a Christian worldview that informs my understanding of healing and growth. I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, spiritual formation, premarital and marital counseling, infertility, and addiction. I take an integrative, relational approach to therapy and specialize as a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist.
