I am a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in empowering individuals to overcome the challenges associated with trauma including symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. My clients come from all walks of life and they are of all ages, including children as young as 6 years old. The commonality of everyone I see is that they have experienced trauma of some sort and that they are struggling with maintaining emotional regulation as a result. The work we do is designed to help them improve their ability to self-regulate on a consistent basis.
