Therapy IS for everybody. It doesn’t matter how serious the issues are, but how serious are they to you? Do you want change in your life? Do you need clarity and understanding regarding behaviors, emotions or other symptoms you might have? I would love to help you reach your goals regardless of what they are. I take an eclectic approach to therapy so that I can meet my clients where they are at right now in their life. Some of my favorite modalities include (but not limited to) Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Client Centered and Solution Focused Techniques.
