Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of experience in the field of therapy. I received my Master's in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate various emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences while working toward personal growth and healing. Clients can expect us getting to know each other. I’ll introduce myself, explain my background, and give an overview of my approach to therapy. Building trust is important, so this part of the session is designed to help you feel at ease and know that you’re in a safe, supportive environment.
