I draw from my lived experience with healing, identity, and navigating the messy middle of change. As a Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW), I’m not here to diagnose or fix you. I walk with you as you get curious about your habits, beliefs, the stories you’ve internalized, and the quiet truths that might be surfacing. We’ll explore how your experiences have shaped you, without letting them define you. We’ll ask questions, try new tools, and build rituals that feel like home. I work especially with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks, because I know how powerful it is to be seen and how rare it can be to find spaces that feel safe and honoring. I care about the rhythms of your life; how you nourish yourself emotionally, mentally, physically. Most people already carry their answers, they just need a space to hear them.
