I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in managing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and relationship challenges. I earned my MSW from Loyola University Chicago in 2018 and tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and pace. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and expressive therapies to create a safe, supportive space. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, develop coping skills, and achieve meaningful improvements in their overall well-being.
