Hello! I am Dr. Karambir Khalsa and I am a licensed psychologist in Flagstaff, Arizona as well as PSYPACT. I'd like to welcome you to my practice. I use a variety of techniques when working with clients. Which techniques depends on you, the issues that lead you to seek therapy, and your therapeutic goals. Therapy is unique to each individual and the most important technique is to get to know you. My primary focus is on giving you the opportunity to share your concerns in a safe space regardless of your background. I also want to help you to help yourself through skills development which often includes mindfulness.
