My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in culture and safety heling you heal from trauma or parent your littles ones. I'm also a part of our parent-child interaction therapy team where I work with parents to help them build even stronger, more connected relationships with their children, or even to help navigate some behaviors that might be a little bit challenging.
