I take an active and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and a person-centered style. My goal is to help adolescents, young adults, and their families uncover what’s getting in the way of growth, build resilience, and move toward living with clarity and purpose. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard and supported, while also being encouraged to participate fully in the therapeutic process. Sessions are engaging and practical, blending insight with action so that what we do together carries over into real life!
