Hi, I'm Khristopher, and one of the things that drew me to this work was realizing how many people struggle with life transitions that nobody actually prepares you for. School teaches you algebra, but not how to manage your emotions when everything feels overwhelming. You graduate and suddenly you're supposed to have it all figured out - career, relationships, purpose - with zero instruction manual. That gap between what life demands and what we're actually prepared for? That's where I come in. What I've learned is that once you have awareness, you can start directing your life instead of just reacting to it. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience across adolescents, young adults, veterans, families, abuse survivors, returning citizens, individuals on the autism spectrum and older adults. My training in trauma-informed practices runs through all of it - because no matter the population, understanding what people carry matters.
