We understand that anxiety, depression and stress are at an all time high. We want to make therapy more accessible to those in need so we offer telehealth video sessions, through a secure site. We specialize in treating individuals and couples struggling with stress, relational issues, and anxiety. We place an emphasis on providing culturally competent and informed care. With degrees in psychology, we understand that what happens inside of people can greatly affect their level of functioning, ability to cope, and healing process. As Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, we believe that what happens between people is just as, if not more important than what is happening inside of them.
