Do you find it hard to ask for help? Maybe the cultural stigma that surrounds mental health issues makes you hesitate... or maybe you're used to feeling dismissed when you do try to speak up. Either way, I've been there too. As someone who's had to navigate living with mental illness, it's my goal to serve others who are in a similar position. I'm eager to work with anybody who wants to heal, even if they're not sure of where to start! The vast majority of my experience lies with young adults trying to grow into themselves while also grappling with emotional wounds. Along the way, I developed a passion for working with trauma, whether it comes from abuse, endangerment, or systemic mistreatment. I favor a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach!
