My goal is to help individuals work through obstacles and challenges that may feel difficult to share with friends or family. I don’t just focus on coping skills — I help you understand why those obstacles exist and how to move through them with awareness and confidence. I specialize in working with adolescents who often struggle to feel comfortable opening up or trusting others with their personal experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where teens feel heard, valued, and understood.
