I work with clients of all ages on a variety of issues. Whether you are looking to process day to day stressors, or heal from past wounds, I work with my clients to create a safe, caring atmosphere. I place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. Areas of experience and interest include working with teachers and those in education, divorce recovery, career and vocation exploration, children with ADHD or other behavioral struggles, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts/behaviors. My education, work, and life experiences offer a deeper understanding into human development and the profound impact that childhood years have on our lives. I also have experience as a crisis interventionist and supporting those impacted by addiction.
