I work with Gen Z and millennials who are affected by trauma or mood disorders, including depression and bipolar disorder. I am trained in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This evidence based therapy has been shown to be highly effective in treating trauma-related symptoms.
