I specialize in helping clients with everything from challenging life transitions to generalized anxiety, phobias, social anxiety, depression, and trauma using a combination of CBT, EMDR, creative process, and solution focused therapy. If you have a tween or teen struggling with above issues or general life transition struggles I am here to help. If your teen or tween's symptoms are only triggered by sports performance, they need specialized therapy. I use sports hypnosis and CBT skills for athletes.
