I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and I enjoy walking alongside each patient as they face their own challenges and obstacles in life. We will work together to help create solutions that work uniquely to your own journey and to take the steps needed to get you where you want to be. I offer a direct but compassionate approach and come from a place of understanding and support. I am an EMDR Therapist and work with trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, infertility, perinatal & maternal mental health, menopause, women's issues, body image, grief/loss. mood disorders, narcissistic abuse, BPD, life transitions, self-esteem/confidence, empowerment, chronic illness/pain, wellness, stress & finances.
