For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside adults facing anxiety and panic, depression, grief, spiritual disconnection, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and chronic pain. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and have been in private practice since 2012. My work is rooted in deep compassion, respect for your inner wisdom, and the belief that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and with something greater.
