Hello! I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist with 15 years of experience as an Adolescent/Teen, Adult, Couples and Family therapist. I specialize in Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Neurodivergence, Body Image, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Trauma, Peer Relationships, Stress management, ADHD/ASD therapy and Parent coaching. I'm also an Educational Advocate, providing Expert IEP/504 instruction and guidance. Earlier in my journey, I spent a decade as a professional singer/dancer in Broadway National & International Tours, the Radio City Xmas Spectacular and Equity Regional Theaters.
